All custom hat orders are made to order and production timelines provided at checkout or during communication are estimates only. While we do our best to meet projected timelines, Kuvaa Hats is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If products are damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work quickly to have a replacement order produced as soon as possible.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for dissatisfaction related to design choices, color preferences, sizing preferences, or changes of mind once approval has been given and production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, logos, and design proofs before production begins. Kuvaa Hats is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Minor variations in thread color, patch placement, hat style, or materials may occur and are considered normal in custom manufacturing.
